How do I add a corporate catalog?

Corporate Catalog System

A Corporate is a group of companies where there is a parent or controlling company that groups all the subsidiaries.

To add different Corporates and differentiate your prospects:

1.- In the Main Menu select: System > Catalogs > Corporate.

2.- Click on the Add button.

3.- Type the name of the corporate you want to add and click on OK.

Each time a new contact is created and you assign it the name of a company or it is created, the section to enter the Company data will be enabled, in that section you will be able to choose the corporate to which the contact belongs.

You can use the filter to view your contacts by company and thus group them and find them faster.

If you do not see the corporate section in the header of your contact list, we suggest you to order your visible columns in the gear. 

**Note: the administrator is the only one who can add corporate contacts.
