Mon Jun 13 2022 07:08:27 GMT-0500 (Eastern Standard Time)

Go to Administration - Catalogs - Products

Click on the 'Export' button.

Select the export type: All data or just the current records on the screen (50 records maximum).

And select export to 'CSV' or comma-separated values

Then click on 'Accept'.

If you only want to modify a line or a brand of products, you can filter them before exporting them like this:

  1. Click on the filter
  2. Select the product line, brand or models to edit.
  3. Click on export

Once you have your file downloaded, open it with Excel.

Do not modify the TK column since this data will be used to update the products in the system.

Modify the desired information in the columns and click on save as:

'CSV' comma-separated values

NOTE: Remember not to include commas in your information, or the file will be affected.

Once you have your product database updated, go to: Tools - Import data - Start data  Import - Products

Attach your file with your updated products and click 'Next'.

Match columns with the information, ignore the first row and click on 'Additional configuration'.

In additional configuration, select the option 'Upgrade product' in case it already exists.

Click 'Accept' and then click 'Next'.

It will show you how many records you will import - click 'Import'.

It will then confirm how many records are new, how many will be updated and how many will be skipped.

Click 'Continue'.

And that's it, you have updated your product base.

If you want to inactivate several products at the same time, so that they no longer appear in the list of products when quoting, you can do it in the following way:

Go to Administration- Catalogs - Products

  1. Select the box of the products you want to inactivate.
  2. Click on the 'Change Status' option

3. Select 'Inactive' status

4. Click on ‘Accept’
