Learn how to create score goals to improve your team's productivity
The score goal will help you to be more specific with the achievements you expect your team to achieve, since these goals are made up of 2 or more objectives to reach 100% and each of them will have a representative percentage of the final goal.
For example , if your goal is: Increase sales closing performance.
You can create 2 objectives that help achieve it:
- Amount of sales with 60%
- Portfolio coverage with 40%
And in this way both objectives complement each other 100% to achieve a goal.
How to create a goal score?
To do it in a simple way, follow these steps:
1.- Go to the Tools > Goals > Scorecard.
2.- Click on the “+” button to create a new tab
3.- Write the name of your goal and click Accept.
4.- On the next screen, click Add.
5.- This is where you will make the settings for your new goal, first establish the period that this metric will be active:
6.- Now, enter the types of objectives that will make up your goal
7.- Set the title and the amount, number or percentage that must be met in each period you chose.
8.- Establish the percentages that each of your goals represent for the lump sum (100%)
9.- Finally, choose the users that will be part of this goal.
10.- Click Accept and that's it.
You can continue measuring the progress of each score thanks to the graphs offered by the system. And in this way, boost and motivate your sales force.
