How to check data inconsistency?

To enter: In the main menu select:

Tools > Data maintenance > Data anomalies

On the next screen you will see the following information and options:

1.- Entity: It shows which entity the inconsistency refers to.

2.- Concept: It refers to the type of inconsistency

3.- Items: The number of entities that show the inconsistency.

Clicking the Setting will display the following screen: 

From here, you can select the inconsistencies you want to review. If you want to select all the fields, select the Select All and click Accept.

To review the records shown by the system, you just have to click on the Concept and the following screen will open with all the details:

You can keep this data updated if you make any changes, by clicking on the Inconsistency type Options Menu and selecting Update.
