Report: estimated sales

Consult the estimate of sales due and for the next months.

Go to Reports > Opportunities > Sales estimation:

In this report you will be able to consult the estimate or probabilities of business opportunities that the sales team has for the next months (to know by probability the sales closings that are scheduled) according to the advances that the executives have noted in their opportunities.

When you enter you will see a window similar to the following:

Filters:

To filter data in the report, use the filters located at the top:

• Group: By probability, executive, group, line, origin, country or region.
• Period: Determine the period you want the report to show you.
• Currency: The ones you have registered in the path System > Catalogs > Currencies.
• Save to favorities: You can create the filter you require:

Graph:

• The filtered information will be shown in a graph.
• If you place the cursor over the graph it shows you the value of the amount according to the selected filter.
• You can select or deselect the options by clicking on the corresponding colored box so that only the selected name is what is displayed on the graph. 

Export:

• The detail can be exported in CSV, JSON or MailChimp either the screen data or all.

Important:

• The 'Expired' column will display those opportunities dated outside of the current period (current day).
