Fill out Flow forms offline and sync them when you''re back online

You can now continue working with Upnify Flow forms even when you do not have an internet connection.
This new feature is designed especially for installation, maintenance, technical visit, and field service teams, where connectivity may be limited or unstable.
Flow''s offline mode is available both for users of the Upnify Suite app and for those working from the desktop version.
What can you do offline?
When Flow has previously downloaded information, you can review your active tasks and work with the forms already linked to them.
✓ Review basic information about your active tasks.
✓ Open and complete previously linked forms.
✓ Save your progress as a draft and continue later.
✓ Mark forms as completed locally.
✓ Capture images as evidence.
✓ Record signatures and geolocation when supported by the device.
How does it work?
1. While connected
Upnify automatically downloads the necessary information from your tasks and forms so they are available for offline work.
2. While offline
You can review the saved information and complete the forms linked to your tasks.
3. When your connection is restored
The information you entered is automatically synchronized with your account and linked to the corresponding task and form.
Go to:
Flow → Settings → Workflows → Advanced Settings
Enable the Available Offline option. Only active tasks from workflows with this option enabled can be saved for offline use.
What information will be available?
Flow saves only the information needed to continue working in the field:
• General task, workflow, and phase information.
• Assignee, creator, dates, reference number, tags, and description.
• Basic information about the linked contact, company, or transaction.
• Previously linked subtasks and forms.
While you are offline, tasks are displayed primarily in read-only mode.
You will not be able to create or edit tasks, change phases, modify assignees, complete tasks, run automations, or generate PDF reports until your connection is restored.
Evidence, signatures, and location are also preserved
Images, signatures, and geolocation data captured while offline are stored locally until they can be synchronized. For location data, Flow preserves the actual date and time from the device at the moment of capture, not the date when the information is later synchronized.
Your team can continue capturing the information they need during a visit or service and let Upnify synchronize their work when the connection is restored.
