Groups and permissions are now managed at the Suite level

Managing your team in Upnify is now easier. We centralized the configuration of work groups and shared permissions so you do not have to repeat the same setup in each Suite product.

What changed?

Previously, groups had to be created separately in each product, and their members had to be assigned again.

Now you create your groups only once, and their structure is used across the different Upnify Suite applications.

One setup for all your groups

Work groups are now managed from:

User Menu → My Organization → Groups

From here, you can organize members according to your company's structure. For example, you can create groups by sales team, department, branch, or any other division used in your operation.

This structure is shared across Upnify applications and also preserves the collaboration rules associated with each group. For example, if a manager can review the activity of their team members, this relationship will be respected in the Suite products where applicable.

Shared permissions from My Organization

We also centralized permissions that can be used across different applications so you do not have to configure them multiple times.

You can manage them from:

User Menu → My Organization → Members

Here you will find shared permissions related to actions such as:

Import information.
Export information.
Generate invoices.
Cancel invoices.

Important

Group configuration and the management of these permissions are available to users with the Super Administrator access level.
