How to establish Certainty | Admin *

Go to Administration > Catalogs > Certainty:

The certainty of sale will  allow you to quickly see which opportunities are more likely to close.

When you enter, you will see a window similar to this one:

    Columns:

Certainty: Probability of closing (percentage)

Description: The state that describes the percentage.

To edit the description, click on Edit

You can also choose whether you want the certainties that do not have a description to be hidden or visible.
