We completely redesigned the Upnify Calendar. In addition to a cleaner, more modern look, you can now organize your day with a quick-access mini calendar, filter what you see with a single click, and —the biggest update— add your coworkers’ calendars to your own so your team can coordinate more effectively.

Each calendar is displayed in its own color without requiring any setup.
Filter by pending task type (calls, appointments, tasks, payments...) and by status (active, overdue, completed).
How does it work?
- Open the Calendar and look for the Add Calendars icon next to the view buttons (Month/Week/Day/Agenda).
- Select the coworkers whose calendars you want to view alongside yours.
- Enable or disable them whenever you want from the calendar list in the side panel without losing your configuration.
Pending payments (collections) are always displayed in red when overdue or green when upcoming, regardless of which calendars are active. When you are viewing a single calendar, all other pending tasks are colored according to their type (call, task, appointment, etc.); when you are viewing multiple calendars at once, the color identifies which person each item belongs to.
