More Details When a Contact Re-registers for an Event
Now, if a contact who already exists in your CRM re-registers for an event, you can view all the data they re-entered in their history and easily identify new contact information.

Tracking registrations for your events is now more complete. When a person who already exists in your CRM registers for an event again, Upnify will keep the details of the information submitted in that new registration in their history.
Previously, in these cases the history only indicated that the contact requested information again. This made it possible to identify the new registration, but not to directly review the information they had provided on that occasion.
Now, two follow-ups related to the same event registration will be recorded: one with the details of the information submitted and another indicating that the contact requested information again.
Review the data from each new registration
In the contact's history, you will be able to review the fields submitted through the event form, such as name, email, phone number, and any other information requested during registration.
You will also be able to identify the event or integration where the registration originated, making it easier to trace each new interaction.
Identify new ways to contact your prospects
This information is especially useful when a person registers again using details that are different from those already stored in the CRM.
For example, if a prospect provides a new phone number or a different email address, you will be able to identify that information within the follow-up and consider it as an alternative way to continue the sales conversation.
Even if the contact registers using exactly the same information that already exists in the CRM, Upnify will keep the details of that new submission. This allows you to know what information they provided and which event they showed interest in again.
- Greater traceability of registrations and repeat registrations for your events.
- Visibility into the information provided during each interaction.
- Identification of new phone numbers, email addresses, or other submitted data.
- More context to continue sales follow-up after the event.
With this improvement, each new registration from an existing contact adds more context to their history, helping your team better understand their interactions and make use of the most recent information they have provided.
