New Project View in Flow

View tasks by time period, group them by assignee, creator, or phase, and adjust due dates directly from a Gantt chart view.

Flow Flow
New Project View in Flow

Upnify Flow introduces a new way to visualize work: Project View.

This view displays workflow tasks on a Gantt-style timeline, making it easier to manage projects and processes where dates, assignees, and due dates are especially important.

A third view within Work

Go to Flow → Work and switch between Kanban, Table, and Project View depending on how you need to analyze your tasks.

What can you do in Project View?

✓  View your tasks on a timeline.

✓  Change the scale between week, month, and quarter.

✓  Easily identify tasks that are on time, approaching their due date, or overdue.

✓  Group tasks by assignee, creator, or phase.

✓  Apply Flow filters to focus on the tasks you need to review.

Interact directly with the timeline

Click a bar to open the task detail and review its information or perform the available actions according to your permissions.

You can also visually adjust the due date from the end of the bar without changing the creation date or moving the task to another phase.

Quickly identify where your team needs attention

The bars follow Flow''s visual logic to help you distinguish the status of each task within the period.

● On Time — active tasks within their scheduled period.

● Due Soon — tasks approaching their due date.

● Overdue — tasks whose due date has already passed.

Add context to your timeline

You can display additional columns such as phase, assignee, creator, and linked customer or contact before the timeline to better understand each task without opening its detail.

Important: Project View is a new way to visualize and manage tasks that already exist in Flow. In this first version, it works with one workflow at a time and does not change the current logic for phases, assignees, or tasks.

A new perspective for managing projects in Flow

Review how work is distributed over time, identify due dates and workload by assignee, and make decisions with a clearer view of your operation''s progress.
