We updated the Conversations interface so you can find your chats, switch channels, and view each contact''s information from a clearer and more organized layout.
What''s new?
The entire Conversations experience has been reorganized to bring your most common tasks together in one place. These are the main changes by screen.
The main column brings together the channel selector, search, filters, and the option to start a new conversation.
Each item lets you identify the source channel, contact, company, latest activity, pending messages, and associated tags.
The horizontal tabs have been replaced with a compact selector for switching between channels and statuses such as All, Unanswered, Archived, AI Assistant, or Blocked.
The filter panel brings together criteria for sales executive, tag, channel, and category. A counter shows how many filters are active and lets you apply or remove them from the same area.
The header displays the contact name, channel, and the actions available for the conversation. The conversation history remains centered on the screen, showing dates, participants, and visual statuses.
When the conversation is assigned to another sales executive, an assignment notice appears at the bottom of the view.
The side panel opens without leaving the chat and displays available information such as company, email, phone number, and tags.
It also provides access to follow-ups, archived conversations, and conversation events, depending on the available information and user permissions.
