Fine-tuning

Fine-tuning is the process of training an existing artificial intelligence model using a specific set of additional data. This process is used to adapt a general AI model, such as ChatGPT®, to a particular task or to improve its performance in a specific context.

In marketing and sales, fine-tuning allows businesses to customize AI models so they better understand the needs of a particular industry or company, optimizing their ability to generate responses, analyze data, or assist in customer service processes.
