Call Tracking

Software or system that allows to track, follow up and measure the value of the calls that come from the effort made by a marketing campaign.

It facilitates the collection of data such as phone numbers, call duration, keywords and websites instantly, in order to detect the key points of a call to engage in strategic conversations with prospects.

Nowadays, IP switches and similar technologies offer this type of metrics which are fundamental in telemarketing, customer service and help desk.
