CMS

Content Management System, commonly known as CMS, is a computer system or software that allows the management of content within a website. Among the activities that can be performed with a CMS are the creation, publication and storage of content.

A CMS is a tool that allows an editor to create, edit and publish any type of information on a web page. Usually CMSs work with a database, so the editor simply updates a database, including new information or editing existing information.

Blogs and web pages that handle a lot of information online use CMS's as an option to logically manage content. The most popular on the market are WordPress and Joomla.
