Commercial communication process

It is the process or series of steps followed in order to communicate to individuals, groups or organizations, by means of information or persuasion, an offer that directly or indirectly satisfies the exchange relationship between offerers and demanders. Different elements are involved in this process:

- Sender

- Receiver

- Message

- Noise

- Decoding

- Media or channels

This type of communication has different tools, such as: advertising inside and outside the company, digital platforms, mass media, etc. In this way, it is important to have strategic distribution channels, so that the message can obtain the desired audience.
