Contact is the first stage of the sales funnel; it consists of identifying and attracting potential users. The objective is that through the different means the user can have a first interaction, usually this stage begins when the user leaves his data in a form. From this first contact, the follow-up is important, since it allows to offer immediate response to the customer's needs. Sales depend on the contact that the salesperson establishes with his prospects. It also comes into play the consultative selling, which refers to the questions we ask our customer to know in depth his pain or need. We must remember that a good salesperson is not one who offers products or services, in fact, he or she offers solutions.
