In the realm of sales and marketing, cross-selling is a strategic approach that entails presenting customers with supplementary products or services while they are in the process of making their primary purchase. The primary aim of cross-selling is to enhance the value of the transaction and optimize revenue by suggesting related or complementary items that align with the customer's potential interests.
