The symbols may be associated with ideas that the sender tried to communicate, in other words, it is the perception that a user or consumer has at the moment he receives a message or any communication, in this way it is known if the information received was understood clearly or not. Since a message can have different ways of interpretation, it is important to align it to a correct structure so that the interpretation of this goes according to the main objective and no element that composes it is altered.
