Emotional Intelligence


Refers to the ability to recognize and understand one's own feelings as well as those of others and involves 5 basic skills:


Discovering personal emotions and feelings.


Recognizing them.


Manage them.


Creating one's own motivations.


Manage personal relationships.


In sales, having good emotional intelligence will help you stay motivated, perseverant, better tolerate certain circumstances such as frustration and rejection, and strengthen relationships with your collaborators, clients and prospects.
