Persuasion applied in sales refers to the ability of salespeople to transmit the benefits of their product or service to their potential clients with the objective of closing the sale and converting their clients into brand promoters.
This is a remarkable ability of salespeople, since thanks to it they can generate a fluid communication and get the customer or prospect to continue or to achieve the sales process.
