A term commonly used to refer to the group of salespeople or commercial sales staff of a company. The main function of the sales force is to be a bridge between the interests of the customers and those of the company, to solve the customers' problems with the company's products.
However, it can also be called Sales Force to the resources that a company has to attract more customers, these can also include technological tools that support business management, such as CRM system.
