Having an effective sales system helps build the experience your customer has when interacting with your brand. Any inconsistency in the sales system may cause the prospect not to decide to buy your product, which means that you lose sales.
You can also call Sales System, the software used to manage the relationship with your customers, which serves to organize the information of your contacts in prospects, opportunities and customers. An example of this type of system is a CRM or Customer Relationship Management.
