A set of questions that are created with the objective of collecting data for later analysis. The data collected can be qualitative or quantitative.

In general, surveys are directed to a specific public, they can be useful to detect the opinion, needs and interests of potential customers.

Surveys can be applied to find out about a problem and provide a solution. This technique is one of the most widely used methods in market research, since it allows obtaining real information directly from consumers.
