How to add commentaries during a call?

Previously, when making a call, the comments window would appear until you ended the call. Now, this window appears during the call, so that you can enter your comments as the call progresses.

When you are starting your call, click on the clock.

It will show you the Call Follow-up window. Enter the relevant information as the call progresses. When finished, select the Effective call checkbox and then click on Hang up and Save.

In Follow-ups you will be able to visualize the information you have registered.
