How to discard an opportunity?

When an opportunity will no longer advance in the sales process it can be discarded to pay attention to other contacts.

To do this, from your Opportunities screen locate your contact to discard and follow these steps:

1.- Go to the Options Menu and select the last option, Discard. 

2.- Select the reason for discarding. If the option you are looking for does not exist in the list, the system includes the Other option to describe the reason for discarding and save the record.

Click OK and the opportunity will no longer appear in your Opportunities screen.

To review the report of discarded opportunities and prospects, in the Reports > Activities > Discarded section you will see a screen with the report in graphic form.

Note: The administrator will be the only one who will be able to configure the reasons why the opportunities and prospects are discarded, to do so go to your System menu, select the Catalogs option and click on Discarded.

Select the Opportunity Entity. 

Click on the Add button and add all the reasons for lost opportunities that suit your business.
