New Menu

Within your main menu you will find the New option, which will have 4 functions:

1. New Prospect gives you access to a form where you can register the person who is interested in buying your products or services.

To create a new lead, follow these simple steps:

a) menu + and click on Lead.

b) The following form will appear where you will initially enter the information of the mandatory fields, in this case the Name, Surname, Email and mobile number.

Once you have all this data you can add your prospect by clicking the Add.

• To add the prospect and start working with him, click the Add and view button.
• To add more prospects without leaving the screen, click the Add and New button.

Tip: Remember that the more information you get from your prospect, the greater your opportunity to generate a sale with him. If you want to add more information to your prospect, click on the See all fields button

2. New Customer gives you access to a form where you can create a customer to track their re-purchases. The form is exactly the same as the New Prospect form, the difference is that it will appear directly in the Clients section.

3. New Company: gives you access to a form where you can register companies that are interested in buying your products or services.

4. New Mail: This shortcut will help you create an email quickly and easily.
